As Corporate Manager, Melanie oversees Alexandria’s corporate administration, formation, continuation and liquidation services for its Cayman Islands registered entities. Melanie manages a broad portfolio of entities, including exempted companies, companies limited by guarantee, segregated portfolio companies, foundation companies, investment funds, commercial trading companies, partnerships and local structures.
Melanie has over fifteen years of experience in the corporate sector and holds a CILEX Level 2 Certificate for Legal Secretaries. She has also completed her STEP Certificate in Foundations and the Cayman Islands Bankers’ Association Certificate in Companies Administration.
